Naad платформыг ашиглах нь энэхүү Үйлчилгээний Нөхцөлийг хүлээн зөвшөөрсөн гэсэн үг юм. Хэрэв та эдгээр нөхцөлтэй санал нийлэхгүй бол платформыг ашиглах ёсгүй.
By using the Naad platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform.
Та 18-аас дээш насны, хууль ёсны эрх бүхий хүн байх ёстой. Бүртгэл үүсгэхдээ үнэн мэдээлэл өгөх үүрэгтэй.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable. You are obligated to provide accurate information when creating an account.
Та өөрийн бүртгэлийн нууц үгийг нууц байдлаар хадгалж, гуравдагч этгээдэд дамжуулах ёсгүй.
You must keep your account password confidential and must not share it with third parties.
• Үнийн саналыг хамгийн бага, давхардаагүй үнээр илгээх ёстой.
• Bids must be submitted at the lowest, non-duplicate price.
• Санал илгээсэн үнийг буцаах боломжгүй.
• Submitted bids cannot be withdrawn.
Хожлын дуудлага худалдаа дуусгахын сүүлд таны санал хамгийн сүүлд 1-р байранд орсноор та тухайн барааг авах боломжтой болно.
You win when your bid is the last to be in 1st place at the end of the auction.
Хожлын тохиолдолд та үнийн саналаас бусад барааны үнийг төлөх үүрэгтэй. Төлбөрийг заасан хугацаанд төлөөгүй тохиолдолд хожлыг цуцлах эрхтэй.
In case of winning, you must pay the item price in addition to your bid amount. We reserve the right to cancel the win if payment is not made within the specified time.

Автомат программ ашиглаж санал илгээх / Using automated programs to place bids
Хуурамч мэдээлэл өгөх / Providing false information
Системд халдах оролдлого хийх / Attempting to breach the system
Бусад хэрэглэгчдийн бүртгэлийг ашиглах / Using other users' accounts
Буруу зорилгоор платформыг ашиглах / Using the platform for fraudulent purposes
Naad платформ нь "гэх мэт" байдлаар үйлчилгээ үзүүлдэг бөгөөд ямар нэгэн баталгаа өгөхгүй. Бид техникийн алдаа, үйлчилгээний тасалдлын улмаас үүсэх алдагдлын хариуцлага хүлээхгүй.
The Naad platform provides services "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for losses arising from technical errors or service interruptions.
Платформын бүх контент, дизайн, программ хангамж нь Naad компанийн оюуны өмчийн эрх бөгөөд та хуулах, хуваалцах эрхгүй.
All platform content, design, and software are intellectual property of Naad and may not be copied or shared.
Бид дараах тохиолдолд таны бүртгэлийг цуцлах эрхтэй:
We reserve the right to terminate your account in the following cases:
Нөхцөлийг зөрчсөн / Violation of terms
Хориглох үйлдлүүд хийсэн / Engaging in prohibited activities
Хуурамч мэдээлэл өгсөн / Providing false information
Бид энэхүү нөхцөлийг ямар ч үед өөрчлөх эрхтэй. Өөрчлөлт хийгдсэний дараа платформыг үргэлжлүүлэн ашиглах нь шинэ нөхцөлийг хүлээн зөвшөөрсөн гэсэн үг юм.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Маргаан гарсан тохиолдолд Монгол Улсын хуулийн дагуу шийдвэрлэнэ.
Any disputes will be resolved according to the laws of Mongolia.
